Returns & Exchanges

At Sole To Soul Footwear, we want you to walk with confidence; if your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear back into its original shoebox and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
